Job summary

Eurest in Anaheim, part of Compass Group, is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead EVS and FNS departments at a single healthcare site. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and ensure high quality, cost-effective services in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Three to five years of housekeeping/dining services management experience at a healthcare account required.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop staff and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees department’s financial data and statistics.
• Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensure the department operates within budget.
• Coordinates housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Oversees food & nutrition services of the hospital.
• Establishes work standards and workflow.
• Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations.
• Mentors staff and drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
