Erickson Senior Living's Emerson Lakes in Lakewood Ranch, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead a new full-service casual fine dining concept. You will oversee dining room and café operations, manage a talented team, ensure service standards, and drive efficient kitchen and catering activities during the grand opening.

The role requires 3+ years in dining management, weekend/holiday availability, and ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in dining room management, service, and sanitation (dietetics substitution up to 1 year possible).
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.
• Able to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all restaurant, café, and supervisory staff.
• Ensure food is properly portioned, plates presented, and service meets standards.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant, kitchen, storage, and loading dock.
• Ensure dining staff comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in programs to boost employee and resident satisfaction.
