Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead senior living dining, culinary operations, and hospitality, delivering restaurant-quality meals with personalized service that support resident wellness.

The role requires overseeing menus, food preparation, and team leadership, while managing food and labor budgets and ensuring food safety standards such as HACCP and ServSafe. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of hospitality or fine-dining supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of high-volume cooking experience; equivalent hospitality experience may qualify where an Executive Chef is present.
• Current ServSafe certification; knowledge of nutrition, modified diets, and food safety.
• Experience managing food and labor budgets; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: 97,240.00 - 138,944.00
