Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Redmond, WA is seeking a Dining Services Coordinator to lead the community's dining and hospitality operations, delivering high‑quality meals and an exceptional resident experience.

You will oversee food preparation, dietary modifications, safety compliance, budgeting, staff coaching, and resident engagement while supporting events and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and service in alignment with Sunrise culinary programs
• Ensure accurate dietary modifications and proper portioning
• Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor food and labor budgets to meet financial goals
• Lead, hire, train, and coach dining team members
• Coordinate dining room flow and staffing for each meal
• Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings
• Support special events and community marketing initiatives

Pay Range:

80,170.00 - 100,212.50
