Sunrise Senior Living in Middletown Township, NJ is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead dining and hospitality operations for residents. You will ensure high-quality meals, resident satisfaction, and compliance with safety standards while mentoring a dining team.

Key responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, dietary modifications, inventory, budgeting, and coordinating dining room flow. This role combines culinary leadership with exceptional hospitality in a senior living

• Lead, hire, train, and coach dining team members
• Coordinate dining room flow and staffing for each meal
• Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings
• Support special events and community marketing initiatives

Pay Range:

64,376.00 - 80,600.00
