Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Coordinator in Massachusetts to lead the community’s dining and hospitality operations, delivering high-quality meals and an exceptional resident experience.

You will oversee food preparation, dietary modifications, food safety programs, and inventory while managing budgets and leading a dining team. The role combines culinary leadership with resident engagement and supports special events and community initiatives.

• Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Monitor food and labor budgets to meet financial goals
• Lead, hire, train, and coach dining team members
• Coordinate dining room flow and staffing for each meal
• Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings
• Support special events and community marketing initiatives

Pay Range:

64,376.00 - 80,600.00
