Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop dining teams; recruit, train, coach, and manage performance.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards across operations.
• Communicate progress to clients and manage client relationships.
• Build revenue, control costs, and manage food, beverage and labor budgets.
• Oversee production, distribution, and front-of-house activities.
• Maintain records to comply with company, government, and accrediting standards.
