Job summary

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement in food service delivery to meet client needs and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service
• Requires at least 1–3 years in a management role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client/customer rapport
• Ability to maintain working relationships with other departments for unified service

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop teams, including recruiting, training and performance management
• Identify client needs and communicate progress effectively
• Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for food, beverage and labor
• Implement and oversee efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across operations
• Establish and maintain system for ordering, receiving, storing and serving food products
