Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in food service management.
• 1–3 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service per Aramark standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments for a unified dining experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize contributions.
• Oversee dining operations and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress to clients.
• Build revenue, manage budget including food, beverage and labor costs.
• Ensure P&L statements are maintained and targets are met.
• Direct and oversee production, distribution and food service operations.
• Maintain compliance with safety, wage and hour regulations.
• Develop and implement food service plans aligned with client missions.
