Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Director to oversee dining operations and deliver high-quality, cost-conscious food service solutions for clients. The role requires building and leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and compliance across all operations.

You will drive revenue, optimize labor and food costs, and maintain strong client relationships while implementing Aramark’s Executional Framework and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience.
• Requires 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
• Requires previous experience in food service.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective client rapport.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model.
• Ability to work with other departments to deliver unified food service.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

• Manage budget, including cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Achieve food and labor targets and ensure quality within budget.

• Establish and maintain systems for ordering, receiving, storing, and serving.
• Recruit, hires, develops and retains front line staff.
• Conduct inventory and maintain records per standards.
• Interact with client management and maintain relations at all levels.
