• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress effectively.
• Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Achieve food and labor targets and ensure cost control within budget.
• Implement and maintain Aramark agenda for labor and food initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment and comply with safety regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and develop front line team; conduct periodic inventory.
• Coordinate production, distribution and food service operations.
