Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team supervision in food service.
• Compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Effective communication with clients, staff, and administration.
• Ability to maintain records and reports using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining program at a single site, ensuring high food quality and safety.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, inventory, personnel, and equipment.
• Train staff and conduct in-service sessions; fill roles as needed.
• Communicate directives from clients and administrators to staff clearly.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures; report equipment needs.
