Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead dining operations across the community, overseeing kitchen and front-of-house teams while upholding Sunrise culinary standards.

You will manage food and labor budgets, ensure HACCP/OSHA compliance, supervise Dining Services Coordinators or an Executive Chef, and engage residents to enhance satisfaction and community dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• 4-5 years supervisory hospitality or fine dining experience.
• 5+ years volume cooking experience or equivalent leadership.
• Current ServSafe certification required.
• Experience managing food and labor budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Pay Range:

61,880.00 - 82,680.00
