Sunrise Senior Living in Hermosa Beach is seeking a Dining Services Coordinator to lead our community's dining and hospitality operations, delivering high-quality meals and an outstanding resident experience.

You will oversee food prep, ensure dietary modifications, manage budgets, and mentor a dining team, while engaging with residents and supporting special events. The role requires ServSafe certification and a passion for meaningful senior living.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising kitchen or dining operations.
• 2+ years volume cooking experience.
• Current ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge of modified diets and nutrition basics.
• Experience managing food and labor budgets.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.

• Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings.
