Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, Texas is hiring an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services. You will lead dining room, café and catering operations, manage a large team, and ensure efficiency across kitchen, dining rooms and service areas.

The role emphasizes schedule predictability with lunch and dinner hours and opportunities for growth within the Erickson Senior Living network. The position requires at least 3 years in dining management, a current Serv-Safe certification, weekend

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service and sanitation.
Current Serv-Safe certification or state-specific equivalent.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Proven ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.
Be able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching and development of dining staff.
Ensure proper portioning, attractive plating and service standards.
Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant, kitchen, storage and loading dock.
Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed by dining staff.
Participate in programs to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.
