Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in dining room management, service and sanitation.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching and development of all dining staff.
• Ensure food is properly portioned and plates presented to standards.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant, kitchen and storage.
• Ensure dining staff comply with safety regulations and policies.
• Participate in programs to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.
