Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living in Glen Mills, PA is hiring an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead dining room, café operations and catering, manage a large team, and drive service excellence.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and supervision, ensure portioning, plating, cleanliness, safety compliance, and strive to enhance resident and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in dining room management and sanitation.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.
• Able to lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all dining staff.
• Ensure proper portioning, attractive plating, and service standards.
• Supervise cleanliness of restaurant, kitchen, storage, and loading dock.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies.
• Support resident and employee satisfaction programs.
