Erickson Senior Living's Highland Springs community in North Dallas, TX, is seeking a Dining Associate in the Continuing Care department. You will help run the dining room and pantry, ensuring residents receive quality service and nutrition in a warm, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, coordinating with seaters, assisting with service and cleanup, and training staff. A flexible schedule with some weekends/holidays is required, with compensation $15.00–$16.00 per

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently for smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
