The ideal candidate has prior food service or supervisory experience, strong communication, problem‑solving, and the ability to train and manage hourly staff while maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, quality service, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily food service operations to ensure timely, efficient service.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served according to quality standards.
• Monitor dining areas, serving lines, and service supplies for readiness during meals.
• Train employees on food preparation, service procedures, sanitation, and workplace expectations.
• Address performance concerns and communicate significant employee issues to management.
• Assist with monitoring inventory, scheduling, and labor costs.
