Job summary

Chestnut Ridge in Wallingford, PA, a senior living and memory care community, seeks friendly dining room staff for part-time shifts. You will help prepare dining rooms, serve meals, and support residents with meals in a courteous, professional manner.

This role requires being at least 16 years old and offers wage of $15.00 per hour, with benefits including free employee meals, daily pay options, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old.
• Part-time including every other weekend.
• Wage: $15.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for meals by setting tables and restocking supplies.
• Assist in food preparation as needed and serve meals to residents.
• Clear dishes and maintain a clean dining area after meals.
• Wash silverware and dishes and operate the dishwasher.
• Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and orderly.

SUMMARY:
Responsible for preparing dining room for meals by setting tables, folding napkins, filling water glasses, providing and refilling condiments. Assists in food preparation as needed. Serves meals to Residents in a courteous and professional manner and clears dishes from tables to kitchen. Removes soiled linens from tables and cleans and straightens dining room after meals. Responsible for washing silverware, dishes, cooking utensils and appliances and cleaning kitchen and dining area. Operates the dishwasher, sweeps and mops floors; maintains food storage areas and refrigerator/freezer in a clean and orderly manner. Returns clean dishes and utensils to proper storage area.

Wage: $15.00/hr
