Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking a Senior Living Dining Room Server for our Glen Riddle community to provide restaurant-style dining and compassionate service to residents. You will help create an atmosphere of dignity and personalization while serving meals and supporting a friendly team.

This role offers stable hours Tue-Sat 7am-2pm, with full-time and part-time options, along with benefits, meal during shifts, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth within our growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule; able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Professionally serving meals in our restaurant-style dining room.

Senior Living Dining Room Server

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 7am - 2pm

Dining Room Servers are responsible for:

• Professionally serving meals in our restaurant-style dining room.

• Providing a high level of customer service to residents and guests.

• Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Food Handler’s Permit as required.

• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
