Job summary

Chestnut Ridge – A Senior Living and Memory Care Community is seeking caring staff for the 11pm–7am shift. The role includes assisting residents with ADLs, promoting dignity and respect through Life Stories techniques, and supporting team efforts in a safe senior living environment.

Compensation starts at $20 per hour, with bonuses and benefits such as referral incentives, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Assists Residents with all daily life functions (ADL’s: hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, etc.) in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring dignity and respect, by using techniques learned in Life Stories Training to minimize Resident stress and maximize cooperation through dignity and empathy. Ensures staff follow through is the same in absence of Life Stories Director or Life Stages Coordinator to include activity programming. Provides assistance and support to other Resident Wellness Associates to ensure task completion and teamwork. Completes documentation clearly and accurately in Resident records and Move N.

Full-time and Part-time 3rd shift (11pm-7am) including every other weekend

Salary: $20/hr

• Additional $1 for active CNA
