Vi Living is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will oversee dining room and cafe operations, staff scheduling, and side work, ensuring friendly, timely service for residents and guests.

The role emphasizes training and maintaining high standards with a collaborative team. Experience in similar hospitality or senior living environments is preferred, alongside basic POS skills and Food Handler certification as required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a high quality restaurant, hotel, country club or senior living company.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handlers certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the dining room and café.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and side work assignments.
• Train staff and ensure efficient, friendly, and timely meal service for Residents and guests.
• Coordinate multiple tasks and maintain high service standards.
