Vi Living is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will oversee dining room and cafe operations, staff scheduling, and side work, ensuring friendly, timely service for residents and guests.

The role emphasizes training and maintaining high standards with a collaborative team. Experience in similar hospitality or senior living environments is preferred, alongside basic POS skills and Food Handler certification as required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a high quality restaurant, hotel, country club or senior living company.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handlers certification as required.

Responsibilities

Dining Room Supervisor

A desirable opportunity exists for an accomplished professional to supervise the daily operations of the dining room and café to include staffing, scheduling, assigning and checking all side work. The selected candidate will have significant responsibility for training of staff and ensuring an efficient, friendly and timely meal service is delivered to Residents and guests.

Qualifications

Qualified applicantsare requiredpossess 3 years previous experience in a high quality restaurant, hotel, country club or senior living company. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handlers certification, as required.

Additional requirements include:

• Ability to supervise, hire, train and create a high-performing team
• Systems orientation with basic Microsoft office skills and experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system is preferred.
• Complete knowledge of all current service styles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player, friendly and energetic with ability to coordinate multiple tasks
• Possess or be willing to obtain Food Handlers certification as required
