Qualifications

• Experience supervising a staff of 15+ employees.
• Demonstrated experience in food preparation and managing the front of house.
• Experience in volume food production within a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the service of the food delivery system in the dining room area.
• Supervise dining room servers and dining room personnel.
• Address and solve complaints of residents while providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with scheduling work hours for the dining room team.
