Job summary

Vi Living is seeking a Lead Server at our Highlands Ranch location to train newly hired servers and lead daily service tasks, including table assignments and overseeing staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will bring restaurant and/or customer service experience, the ability to present information to residents and staff, and familiarity with POS systems, with a high school diploma preferred. Certification in food handling may be required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and/or customer service experience required.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings and use POS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; food handler certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Train newly hired servers and lead daily tasks.
• Oversee table assignments and bussing stations.
• Assist with oversight of staff as needed.
• Perform all functions of a server as required.
