Job summary

Talking Stick Resort in Arizona seeks a working Supervisor to manage food and beverage service during a shift, ensuring fast, friendly, and courteous guest experiences. You will oversee Dining Room Host, Busser, Lead Server, Server, Room Service, and Concession Attendant teams, while following PCI and CFR guidelines.

You’ll train staff, schedule personnel, manage inventories, and uphold safety standards. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of hospitality supervision are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant cashiering and beverage knowledge.
• POS experience preferred; AZ liquor laws knowledge a plus.
• Must be computer literate; proficient in MS Office.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellent customer service for every guest, every time.
• Responsible for scheduling of Food/Beverage personnel in respective restaurant outlet.
• Helps with all receivables on a daily basis, storing and inventorying of product from vendors.
• Responsible for ordering of all Food/Beverage supplies for respective restaurant outlet.
• Verifies validity of casino complimentary slips for the food and beverage check.
• Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety and health standards, policies and procedures and follows up to ensure hazards are eliminated.
• Ensures that designated work areas, flatware, glasses, dinnerware and other used to serve customers are free from hazards.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of PCI Compliance by attending training annually.
• Responsible for the enforcement of PCI Compliance regulations to protect card holder data.
• Responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations under CFR Title 31, Chapter X.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Title 31 Anti-Money Laundering training annually.
