Job summary

Talking Stick Resort’s Blue Coyote Cafe seeks a Dining Shift Supervisor to manage the service flow and guest experience during a shift. You will lead a team of dining room hosts, servers, and support staff, ensuring quick, friendly service and adherence to safety and PCI standards.

The role requires 1–3 years supervisory hospitality experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of cashiering and POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of basic restaurant cashiering procedures; POS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service for every guest, every time.
• Schedule Food/Beverage personnel for the restaurant outlet.
• Assist with inventory, vendor relations, and receiving of supplies.
• Oversee safety and health standards and enforce PCI compliance as required by management.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and conduct training as needed.
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain a fast-paced, friendly service environment.
