Job summary

Community First Solutions is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to manage dining room operations at The Patterson, primarily PM shifts with weekend availability. The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, staff training, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for residents.

You will lead Front of House teams, monitor service times, and support culinary operations while maintaining health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe or Food Handlers certification preferred.
• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• Fluent in English, strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees dining room operations, including events and closing duties.
• Trains Front of House staff.
• Ensures patrons have a pleasurable dining experience.
• Resolves complaints, monitors service times and table availability.
• Assists with food and beverage service and scheduling shifts.
