McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, part of The Gatesworth Communities, is recruiting for a Dining Room Supervisor in St. Louis, MO. This role partners with the Dining Room Manager to lead a dining team and deliver attentive service to residents and guests.

You will work alongside culinary staff to ensure seamless service, uphold high dining standards, and cultivate a warm, polished dining room atmosphere that enhances the resident experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in dining, hospitality, restaurant service, senior living, or a related service environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with an appreciation for food presentation, service standards, and dining room ambiance.
• Ability to remain organized and composed while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitization, and proper food-handling practices.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Are you a service-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences? We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor who combines strong leadership with a passion for service and attention to detail.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in the daily experiences of our residents- working alongside the Dining Room Manager to lead and support a dedicated dining team, uphold exceptional service standards, and create a warm, polished, and welcoming experience that residents look forward to each day.

The Experience You'll Create

As our Dining Room Supervisor, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Dining Room while ensuring residents and guests receive attentive, personalized, and exceptional service. Working alongside the Dining Room Manager, you'll be a visible, hands-on leader- supporting the dining team and working closely with our culinary team to ensure service is seamless from the kitchen to the table.
