McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care in St. Louis is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead the dining team and partner with the Dining Room Manager to deliver exceptional resident-focused service. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and polished dining environments in a luxury senior living setting.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, coordinate with culinary to ensure timely service, and uphold high standards of presentation and ambiance across meals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dining, hospitality, restaurant service, senior living, or related service environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with an appreciation for food presentation, service standards, and dining room ambiance.
• Ability to remain organized and composed while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitization, and proper food-handling practices.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in the daily experiences of our residents- working alongside the Dining Room Manager to lead and support a dedicated dining team, uphold exceptional service standards, and create a warm, polished, and welcoming experience that residents look forward to each day.

The Experience You'll Create

As our Dining Room Supervisor, you'll help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Dining Room while ensuring residents and guests receive attentive, personalized, and exceptional service. Working alongside the Dining Room Manager, you'll be a visible, hands-on leader- supporting the dining team and working closely with our culinary team to ensure service is seamless from the kitchen to the table.
