Job summary

McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is hiring a Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment across our memory care and assisted living spaces. You will care for resident apartments, common areas, and offices, delivering friendly service and upholding safety standards.

Position offers part-time hours with rotating weekends/holidays. Previous housekeeping in senior living or healthcare is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, hotels, or cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common areas per standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and disinfect assigned areas.
• Empty trash, replenish supplies, and keep areas stocked and organized.
• Follow infection prevention practices to promote health and safety.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Adhere to OSHA and community safety policies.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and events as assigned.

Responsibilities Overview:

As a Housekeeper, you’ll help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You’ll perform routine housekeeping duties while building meaningful relationships with residents and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and disinfect assigned areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
