Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server in our on-site restaurant. You will play an active role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional dining experiences during meals and special events.

This non-tipped role offers a steady schedule, a consistent guest base, and a collaborative culture where team members are encouraged to learn, grow, and build long-term careers, with recognition for your contributions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in dining or restaurant service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in the on-site restaurant.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages professionally.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature with proper presentation.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations.
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables throughout each meal.
