Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking Dining Room Servers (full- and part-time) to provide attentive, personalized service in our on-site restaurant within an Assisted Living community. The role emphasizes teamwork, a steady schedule, and opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

This non-tipped position offers a reliable shift pattern, professional development, and a welcoming culture where service makes a daily difference for our residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant server experience is preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community.
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal.
