Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a friendly Dining Room Server to deliver attentive table service in our on-site restaurant within a fast-paced senior living community. You will support with meal service, assist at special events, and help maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere for residents and guests.

This role requires evening and weekend availability; full-time and part-time shifts are available, with perks including no late nights, free meals, and earned-wage access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must efficiently multitask, be an active listener, and collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community.
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal.
