Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional dining experiences in our on-site restaurant. You will work with our Dining Room Coordinator and fellow servers, providing hands-on table service and assisting with special event meal service in our Assisted Living community.

The ideal candidate is reliable, embraces hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community.
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal.
