Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Server to join our on-site restaurant in our Assisted Living community. You will provide hands-on table service, take orders, and support meal service during daily operations and special events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to multi-task and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to learn in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees.
• Post-offer pre-employment screenings may include background check, drug screening, physical exam, and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature with proper presentation.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations.
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables to meet guest needs.
