Belmont Village Senior Living seeks a Dining Room Server to provide attentive dining service in our on-site restaurant, support with event service in our Assisted Living community, and help create a welcoming dining atmosphere during each meal.

This non-tipped role offers a steady schedule, opportunities to learn and grow, and a collaborative culture where team members are recognized for their contributions and can build long‑term careers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Able to multi-task and collaborate with team members.
• Willing to learn in a hands-on hospitality role.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and prior Restaurant Server experience is preferred.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive dining service to assigned tables in the on-site restaurant.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver meals promptly.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature and with proper presentation.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, with ready utensils and beverages.
• Assist with meal service at special events within the Belmont Village community.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and tables throughout service.
