Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is hiring Dining Room Servers for both full-time and part-time roles in our on-site dining rooms. This non-tipped position offers a steady schedule, a strong team environment, and opportunities to grow within a supportive culture dedicated to serving seniors.

You will provide hands-on table service, assist with events, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience across meals and special occasions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and restaurant server experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy.
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready.
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community.
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal.
