Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server to deliver attentive table service in our on-site restaurant. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and help set up the dining room for service while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Work collaboratively with a team, assist with events, and ensure guests have a superior dining experience. This role supports our culture of learning, growth, and long-term careers within a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience in restaurant dining service preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
