Job summary

Cape Cod Senior Residences is seeking a Dining Room Server in Bourne, MA to provide attentive dining service for our senior residents. You will greet residents, take orders from a limited menu, and ensure a pleasant, clean dining experience.

Rates start at $15.50–$16 per hour based on experience. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for professional development within a supportive work culture.

What Our Dining Associates Do

• Greet residents and guests during meal times
• Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu
• Set up tables for meals, clear tables, reset for future meal times
• Maintain a clean dining environment

Requirements

• Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
