Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a dedicated Dining Room Server for our Canton community. This role involves greeting residents, serving meals, and maintaining a clean dining environment, ensuring a pleasant experience for senior residents. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication, punctuality, and physical stamina to lift trays and manage dining setups.

Available Shifts

Full time; 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including weekends

Rates start at $16 - $17 per hour based on work experience

What Our Dining Associates Do

• Greet residents and guests during meal times
• Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu

Requirements

• Physical requirements: lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: an ability to communicate effectively with residents and co‑workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
