Job summary

Neville Place in Cambridge, MA is seeking dining associates to deliver a gourmet dining experience for our senior residents. Per diem, as needed shifts offer flexible scheduling in a home-like, safe environment.

Rates start at $19.70 per hour with a comprehensive benefits program beginning on hire, including health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and a pre-tax retirement plan. We value DEI, development, and reliable team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests during meals and take orders from a selective menu.
• Serve residents, clear tables, and reset dining areas for subsequent meals.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining spaces as required.

Rates start at $19.70 per hour

WHAT OUR DINING ASSOCIATES DO:

• Greet residents and guests during meal times
• Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu
• Set up tables for meals, clear tables, reset for future meal times

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
