Job summary

All American Assisted Living is seeking a friendly dining services aide to join our team. You will greet residents, take meal orders, serve meals and beverages, and help keep the dining room welcoming and organized.

You’ll set tables, assist residents with seating, clear and reset tables between meals, and help in the dish room while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Prior food service experience is preferred but not required; reliability and a genuine interest in older adults are

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Set and prepare dining room tables before meals.
• Help residents find comfortable seating.
• Take meal and beverage orders.
• Explain available menu options when needed.
• Serve meals, beverages, desserts, coffee and tea.
• Refill water and offer additional servings.
• Clear and reset tables between meals.
• Help keep the dining room clean, organized and welcoming.
• Assist in the dish room, including operating the dishwasher and putting away clean dishes.

What You'll Do

• Greet residents warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
