Job summary

All American Assisted Living at Raynham in Raynham, MA, is seeking a friendly Dining Services Aide to create a welcoming dining experience for residents. You will take meal orders, serve meals and beverages, and help clear tables.

This part-time role offers steady hours in a climate-controlled indoor setting, with teamwork and compassionate service at the heart of everyday tasks. No heavy lifting beyond 30 pounds required; prior food service experience is nice but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Set and prepare dining room tables before meals.
• Help residents find comfortable seating.
• Take meal and beverage orders.
• Explain available menu options when needed.
• Serve meals, beverages, desserts, coffee and tea.
• Refill water and offer additional servings.
• Clear and reset tables between meals.
• Help keep the dining room clean, organized and welcoming.
• Assist in the dish room, including operating the dishwasher and putting away clean dishes.
• Safely store and return walkers and other mobility devices.
• Attend required meetings and in-service training.
• Work cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and coworkers.
• Complete other dining service duties as assigned.
