Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
• Manage the reservation system and walk-in guest seating to optimize table availability.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues or complaints professionally.
• Maintain an organized and clean host station and waiting area.
