Liberty Senior Living in Mt. Pleasant, SC is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager for SOUTHBAY. You will oversee meal service for residents and guests, coordinate events, and ensure accurate meal documentation.

This role focuses on staffing, training, quality plating, and exceptional service. You will work evenings and weekends, maintain dining room setup, and uphold HIPAA privacy guidelines.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of experience in a food service operation.
• State approved food safety course preferred.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards the elderly.
• Ability to work well as an individual and as part of the dining services team.
• HIPAA privacy guidelines must be followed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with meal service to residents and guests.
• Plan resident events and maintain meal documentation records.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to deliver quality service.
• Train and coach staff to achieve high resident satisfaction with food, taste, temperature and service.
• Oversee plating quality and presentation.
• Assist with meal preparation and service based on census and policies.
• Set up and clear dining tables, assist residents with menu selection, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Ensure tables are properly set with utensils, chinaware, and glassware; replenish items as needed.
• Maintain professional demeanor aligned with the company philosophy of service.
