Qualifications

• Ability to work with a variety of staff and residents with differing values and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service to residents and guests and plan resident events.
• Maintain staffing and scheduling to ensure quality service and safety.
• Train, coach, and assist staff to elevate resident satisfaction with food, taste, temperature and service.
• Oversee dining service setup, service, and cleanup according to procedures and schedules.
• Ensure proper set up of dining tables, beverages, and salad bar; assist in room service deliveries.
• Present a professional demeanor reflecting the corporate philosophy of service and genuine care for residents.
