Dining Room / Restaurant Manager - Livonia, MI area

Our client desires a candidate with extensive wait staff and supervisory experience who would enjoy a front of the house management opportunity. Prominent, full service, upscale restaurant (with great reputation) serving lunch and dinner seeks a Restaurant Manager who enjoys guest interaction, touching tables and staff training. Wine/Sommelier experience is a plus. Very successful concept with an Italian menu. Culinary operations directed by talented Chefs. Work/Life balance offered (5 day week - 50 hours). Base pay range is $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr.
