Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card required.
• Experience in dishwashing or stewarding in high-volume settings preferred.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily dishwashing and stewarding team.
• Assign stations based on business needs, events, and service.
• Train new team members on cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Lead by example with reliability, punctuality and professionalism.
• Foster a positive, team-first environment.
• Communicate with chefs, cooks, servers, and managers on supplies.
